Opting for fully-insured health coverage can be a very smart move for many of your large group customers – and a rewarding one for you. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) is offering you a $50,000 added incentive for each new fully-insured group sold! Certain restrictions do apply – see below.

More than an incentive
The $50,000 incentive will be awarded for groups of 250 or more eligible employees with group policy effective dates from September 1 through January 1, 2017. Incentives will be paid out within 90 days of the effective date. And, as always, behind the incentive is the great service you and your customers have come to expect from BCBSNC.
Additional information
+ To receive the incentive, you must be an active appointed agent with BCBSNC at the time of payment. + The group must be new business. + If the group is providing group health insurance coverage for the first time, there must be a minimum of 300 members enrolled to be eligible for the incentive. + Single case appointed agencies (under a special contract for a specifically named group customer) are eligible. + Groups where the broker or consultant has an active employee-employer relationship are excluded.
