Contact our team to begin the conversation and discuss your district’s options. You can reach us by:

- Submitting a request through the RE Portal
Obtain Board Approval
Your governing board must approve participation in TRS-ActiveCare. Documentation may include:
- A board resolution approving participation, or
- Board meeting minutes documenting approval
Submit Claims Data
Your claims data will inform your risk-based rate. Access Smartsheet to upload claims data:
- Designate the individual(s) who will upload claims data on behalf of the district
- Provide those individuals’ contact information to your TRS-ActiveCare consultant
- Receive credentials to access the secure file transfer system (SFTP)
Next Steps
After approval, TRS will guide your district through onboarding and implementation activities. During this phase, districts will:
- Meet their TRS support team
- Access their employer login and credentials
- Attend onboarding and training sessions
- Learn about administrative tools and resources
- Prepare for plan implementation
- Get ready for enrollment communications and activities
