- The majority of respondents are satisfied or somewhat satisfied with benefit coverage, costs, and access to care.
- An alternative self-funded health plan risk pool has 36,000 members in 160 districts
- A level funded (self-funded) health plan risk pool has 38,000 members in 14 school districts
