San Benito Independent School District awards Agent of Record for the district’s employee benefits program.
Over the years there have been questions about whether a Texas political subdivision may appoint an Agent of Record. The Texas Department of Insurance weighed in some years ago by issuing Commissioner’s Bulletin #B-0041-07.
