Here is a question: A 55 year old in Texas can enroll in a 3 credit hour course and enroll in a $200 deductible ($400 out of network deductible) health insurance plan that meets ACA guidelines for only $4059 annually. How can BCBS do this while premiums f=outside of this group are sky high? #healthinsurance #HealthINsuranceAgents
