The Brownsville ISD Board of Trustees meeting is an amazing example of ineffective leadership and an incompetent administration too scared to act. The meeting revolves around a recent RFP for group health insurance for their $60,000,000 DEFICIT SPENDING HEALTH PLAN…………..that’s currently $20,000,000 in the hole.
BISD should beg TRS ActiveCare to take them just like Amarillo ISD, Killeen ISD and others have done.
