There is a class action lawsuit settlement of $345m reached between the plaintiffs (Pfizer & King Pharma) and any person or entity that purchased brand or authorized generic Epipens between 8/4/2011 and 11/1/2020.
Part of an email received today:
To receive a proportionate share in this settlement, a class member must submit a claim either online or postmarked on or before November 12, 2021 to the settlement administrator.
We have identified one of your clients and the number of claims filled between this time period:

We can submit claims for your client and retain 5% of the settlement to cover our costs, or we can provide you with the necessary information at no cost and your client may submit the claims. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. The filing deadline is November 12, 2021.
