RE:        Actuarial/Employee Benefits and Risk Management Consultant

Dear Evaluator/Vendor:

Purchasing Services is currently researching all solicitations that will be expiring this year. In order for our department to upgrade the solicitations each year, we need your help.  

We are asking all evaluators/vendors to review the attached set of specifications (extracted from the previous solicitation) and modify any section that will improve the quality of the requirements.  Please do not hesitate to share your thoughts or comments on this matter.  Responses should be returned no later than Monday, August 9, 2010, to the attention of Darlene Vasquez or Alfonso Guerrero.

This is not a solicitation.  Please DO NOT provide any financial information; to include pricing.
