As the scene unfolds in the documentary shown above, a Reference Based Pricing (RBP) insurance creature, minding his own business while posing as a rabbit, forages for business on the outskirts of Lubbock.
A hospital administrator disguised as a Hessen, sees a looming threat and takes action. The RBP renegade stands his ground.
