| Over the past year, brokers kept telling us the same thing: clients love Curative, but price is often the deciding factor. So, we built Zero First. A Curative plan that stays true to our mission of $0 access to care at a more competitive price point. Most people’s years are routine: checkups, a prescription, a doctor visit or two. Zero First keeps that care at $0 and adds a known, capped share for the bigger years. It’s like a reverse deductible: the plan pays first up to a set amount. Zero First joins the Curative plans offered today, now named Zero Always. Groups that want to stay on or offer that plan can still do so. How Zero First EPO works (standard design) $0 all year: preventive care, the Baseline Visit, primary care, telehealth, behavioral health visits, and urgent care $0 up to $2,500: specialist visits, tests, imaging, emergency care, and hospital stays are covered in full up to this amount ($5,000 family) Then you pay 30% of each bill after that Out-of-pocket max of $8,000 per person per year ($16,000 family), then $0 again Prescriptions stay the same: $0 / $50 / $250 copays, with 97% of fills at $0. Prescriptions never count toward the $2,500. In modeling based on Curative’s 2025 membership, about 2 in 3 EPO members would pay $0 for medical care all year, compared with roughly 1 in 4 on a typical $3,000-deductible plan.* Members keep the same network, the same Care Navigator team, 24/7 Curative Telehealth, and the Curative Cash Card. Two plan families to quote 1. Zero First (new): $0 for care up to a set amount, with a known cost and out-of-pocket max above that amount Zero First EPO: $2,500 / 30% / $8,000 Zero First PPO: $5,000 / 25% / $6,350, with out-of-network coverage 2. Zero Always: $0 on everything, as today Zero Always EPO · Zero Always PPO · Zero Always PPO Max Also new:We’re now quoting groups as small as 10 enrolled employees, across all Curative plans. |
