More States Looking to Section 1332 Waivers

States can apply for a federal waiver “to implement innovative ways to provide access to quality healthcare……” Does that include Reference Based Pricing strategies?

Will that, or could that, include memorialzing Reference Based Pricing strategies legislatively on a state level through Section 1332 of the ACA?
