Despite rising premiums and dwindling options, most Americans remain passive. 

They complain about healthcare expenses but rarely engage with the underlying issues.

The system thrives on complexity and misinformation.

Most Americans don’t know how healthcare is priced or why costs keep rising. 

Ask the average person about Medicare reimbursement policies, CON laws, or price transparency, and you’ll likely get a blank stare.

Many believe that government intervention is the solution, not realizing that the government has created the rules, enabling consolidation and inefficiency. 

Regulatory capture ensures that policies favor large corporations, not patients.

The healthcare system feels too big and too complex to challenge. 

This sense of helplessness leads to apathy, which perpetuates the problem.

Venting is easier than action. 

While people bemoan their rising premiums, they rarely take steps to understand or address the root causes
