As always, our office is available to assist when escalated claims issues cannot be resolved through normal channels.

INSURANCE AGENT: We Manage Risk for self-funded health plans. Your TPA doesn’t. They provide record keeping and day-to-day servicing needs, we don’t. If you’re fully-insured we can’t bring value to you, only another expense you don’t need.
