Dental “insurance” – yet another unopposed lie
Americans are deceived about dental “insurance” every day. So where is the American Dental Association? The ADA is frozen in fear of lawsuits from the Federal Trade Commission, while dental insurers who would turn the ADA in, continue to enjoy immunity from anti-trust laws due to the 1945 McCarran Ferguson Act.
Delta Dental has us right where they want us, Doc. You and I are on our own in warning clueless, vulnerable dental patients about discounted dentalcare. Meanwhile, Delta Dental continues to harm clueless Americans by paying less and less for dentistry.
