How does the MDhotline Program Work?
• Call the Toll Free number.
• A registered nurse verifies your membership in the MDhotline program.
• A registered nurse documents information about your medical history.
• A registered nurse documents your current medical concern.
• Medical information is sent to a licensed doctor in your state of residence.
• A MDhotline Doctor and the nurse who took your medical information will call you back within 3 hours to complete your doctor consultation.
• A MDhotline Doctor can write a prescription when necessary. (No DEA Controlled Substances or Narcotics Allowed)
• A MDhotline Doctor will complete a diagnosis form that will be stored in your Electronic Medical Record for future use.
