Texas Senate Bill 789, which will gut the TRS ActiveCare health plan for Texas school districts, will pass according to our sources in Austin. (The Coming Implosion of TRS ActiveCare?) The next 14 days will tell the story.
By Bill Rusteberg
Insurance agents are lathering at the bit, prepared to jump into the breach to save the day for districts soon to be forced into the cold and barren no-mans land of health care, to fend for themselves in shark infested waters.
Other insurance agents, asleep at the 19th hole, are just now getting wind of a once in a life-time opportunity.
As a service to those Johnny Come Lately’s we post their prospect list here. Time to go to work boys!
