If you are paying more than $10 for a Silver equivalent health insurance plan through your employer, you may qualify for a better deal in the individual health insurance marketplace.

And if you don’t have a problem accepting welfare (money stolen from other people without their consent) go for it!

Four out of five enrollees will be able to find a plan for $10 or less/month after premium tax credits, and over 50% will be able to find a Silver plan for $10 or less.

The following was part of an email received this morning from an insurance marketer wholesaling individual health insurance.

The Special Enrollment Period has been extended to August 15th, and the increased subsidies from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) will be implemented on April 1st.

Premiums after these new savings will decrease, on average, by $50 per person per month or by $85 per policy per month.
