Thank you for considering ABC INSURANCE COMPANY in your marketing efforts of XYZ FENCE COMPANY. We have reviewed your request and have discussed with our underwriting team. Based on the objectives and characteristics of this group, we are unable to provide a proposal at this time as we are not able to provide a competitive advantage (EVEN THOUGH WE DON’T KNOW WHAT THE RENEWAL LOOKS LIKE.)
Nevertheless, consistent with the requirements in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) we will provide a formal quote, on approved fully insured products, at the direct request of the Employer upon receipt of required supporting information.
