You remember that scene. Jerry, standing in the middle of a silent office, goldfish in hand, mission statement in the other, basically yelling: “Who’s coming with me?”

That was me—minus the fish, plus a lot of pink PowerPoints.

After decades in healthcare, I had my own Jerry Maguire moment. I couldn’t keep selling just one solution, just one path forward, when I knew deep down that the real answer—for clients, for patients, for the system—isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s curated. It’s flexible. It’s customized.

It’s Sephora.

Think about it: when you walk into Sephora, you don’t say “What’s the best mascara?” You say, “What works for me?” And the best employees there don’t sell you what’s on promo—they help you find what actually fits. For you.

That’s what I wanted to do in healthcare.

I launched PBM Princess, LLC to do just that—unbiased, personalized, and rooted in real strategy. Right now, it’s a consulting firm. But what I’m really building is a trusted marketplace—a space where payers, startups, and innovators come together to create better outcomes. No rebate games. No smoke and mirrors. Just results.
