YOU CAN IMPLEMENT THIS IN TWO WAYS
Apta Cash is available as both a comprehensive cash-centric model or a bolt-on point solution that can be added to either the standard Apta Health Care Coordinator program or any plan that uses one of our preferred TPA partners.
When using the comprehensive cash-centric model, all calls are routed through our Apta Cash Concierge Team to ensure maximum utilization of the cash program. For best results with the bolt-on model, we highly recommend educating both the TPA and plan members about the program to ensure the best utilization.
