New Health Plan For Texas Educators

Public Consulting Group’s (PCG) Texas ISD HealthPlan is an innovative, new healthcare program designed specifically for Texas Independent School Districts (ISDs), Texas teachers, and their covered family members.

PCG has served local government entities throughout the State of Texas for more than 20 years. As a third-party administrator (TPA) licensed in Texas, PCG is leveraging long term strategic alliances with healthcare organizations and professionals throughout the State to bring high-quality health care to Texas ISDs and educators.

Texas ISDs participating in the TX ISD HealthPlan are expected to experience as much as 30% and more reduction in healthcare expenses over traditional plans allowing districts to redirect healthcare savings back into the classroom.

Texas school districts may offer this program alongside TRS ActiveCare as well as with other health plans associated with non-TRS ActiveCare member districts. The TEXAS ISD HealthPlan is a cost effective, comprehensive option giving school district employees greater choice in their health care coverage needs.
