I’m reading through some invoices to pay for the insurance plans we manage, and realize that it’s getting easier to pay these invoices.
Why? Because we are transitioning “claims” into card transactions where we give patients money at point of service to buy healthcare. We believe health plans can be less bureaucratic by being more like high-trust expense management (think Ramp/Brex) where members are guided by high-touch care navigators who can help them buy care that lets them pay the least.
