Wow. I didn’t know this was going on. This is really significant. I hope they have a lot of evidence and bring these guys to their knees. Conspiculously absent is Texas as a plaintiff. So, since it’s the states suing, any recovery would go to them to reimburse for their Medicaid expenditures, I would think. How about private plans? Do you have any insight on that?
