Using us does not impact your compensation in either direction. Carriers contract with us to perform services on their behalf.

We represent nearly all major group medical carriers offering fully insured plans in the small group and large group markets and self-funded plans. For fully insured plans, Texas defines a small group as an employer who employed up to 50 average total number of employees (ATNE) on business days in the calendar year prior to the effective or renewal date. State regulations differ in the fully insured small group and large group markets. Self-funded plans are available to groups of all sizes and are not directly regulated by the state or constrained by its definitions
