Members just have one number to call, and an expert Care Navigator will guide them to high quality providers (specialists, lab, imaging, ancillary services, inpatient, outpatient care) in their area and the member pays ZERO! Our plans offer unlimited Virtual Primary Care, 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care, and Virtual Behavioral Health all at ZERO copay. Also included are many high-cost prescription drugs with a ZERO cost option to the member.
Our plans are all major medical which meet and exceed ACA requirements. We offer a Level Funded Health Plan option down to (10) ten enrolled employees and a more traditional Self-Funded option for larger groups.
