Primary Care Sales Specialist

The Primary Care Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of our Primary Care division by managing the sales and growth efforts for an assigned territory of primary care centers. The Primary Care Sales Specialist will report to and work in conjunction with the National Field Marketing Leader to help Concentra Primary Care achieve and sustain aggressive new patient and plan membership growth goals for each neighborhood medical center.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a growing business division, this role must deliver value, quality and results in a fast-paced environment.  Concentra is seeking a Primary Care Sales Specialist that will manage a territory of assigned medical centers and help them meet growth goals.  To ensure success, they will:

  • Develop and implement local growth plans for assigned territory of medical centers and maintain local market budget
  • Deliver results against assigned activity and patient / plan growth targets
  • Track and maintain event, lead and sales activity data and provides timely and accurate reporting of sales efforts
  • Diligent at compiling updates, reports and action plans and sharing with leadership and local teams
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with based of highly satisfied patients to help bolster friend-to-friend referrals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with insurance agents and community partners to keep Concentra Primary Care top of mind as these professionals interact with our target demographic
  • Transform warm leads from our call center, partners and events into new opportunities
  • Conduct tours of centers with prospective new patients and referral partners to effectively showcase our unique value proposition
  • Heavily network within the community to find potential members assigned medical centers
  • Manage local events within the community and with partners (information sessions, health fairs, doc talks, etc.) to help reach our target market (Medicare-eligible seniors)
  • Identify and implement additional partnership opportunities to drive new patients into our centers
  • Close leads generated from events, outbound direct marketing campaigns, patient referrals, and business partners.
