I agree with everything he said. Interestingly, in my experience over 40 years and millions of patient visits, 99.999% of the time patients self triage appropriately. Historically, we haven’t had many who fall into one of those 7 categories come into a clinic. Actually, the tendency is to over-triage to the ER for simple things that could easily be cared for in an UCC.
