“How much do you charge for the operating room? I asked.
“We charge $500 an hour and that includes support personnel too” said the hospital administrator.
“Your waiting room is full. Where are all these people from?”
“They are from the United States. Why don’t you talk to them about their experience here” said the hospital administrator.
A young college student said “I don’t have insurance and I couldn’t afford needed surgery in the states. So I came here. Short flight from Houston, 20 minutes to the hospital.”
Such was my visit to CIMI Hospital.
