The second quarter of 2026 was marked by strong execution across the business as we continued to build momentum with both new and existing customers. Following several successful clinic openings earlier in the year, we are seeing encouraging utilization and engagement across our newest employer groups. These early results reinforce the value of our model and the strength of our implementation approach. Commercially, we continued to advance a healthy sales pipeline, with Pflugerville ISD (3,600 members) having signed their contract to start on November 1st, and DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit – 6,600 members) having Board approval to proceed into the contracting phase with an antipciated start date of December 1st.
Across the organization, each department remained focused on operational excellence while preparing for the next wave of growth. Our teams continued to refine operations, maximize value for existing customers, and strengthen the organizational infrastructure needed to capitalize on 2027 growth opportunities. As we look ahead, we remain confident in our trajectory and believe the disciplined execution across sales, operations, and customer success positions Frontier for another year of sustained growth.

Frontier’s partnership with Marsh is paying off. Marsh is the broker for Dallas Area Rapid Transit and Pflugerville ISD……“On the Sales front, we’re finally starting to see what our partnership with Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) will look like.”
