Doctors & Libertarians Wanted To Be Left Alone

By Dutch Rojas

Doctors and Libertarians Wanted to Be Left Alone,
But the Activist Judges, Bureaucrats, and MBAs Had Other Plans

Doctors wanted to heal.
Libertarians wanted to live free.
Neither wanted to be in a war.

But the bureaucrats, the MBAs, the lobbyists, and the activist judges made sure we had no choice.

The government doesn’t just regulate, it dictates.
It doesn’t just enforce laws, it creates them out of thin air.

And in healthcare, it saw the ultimate prize: control.

So it handed power to third-rate middlemen,
buried physicians in red tape,
and turned patient care into a bureaucratic nightmare.

None of this was about improving medicine.
It’s about consolidating power.

Site-neutral payments, prior authorization, Stark laws, every regulation and every ruling is another restriction on independent doctors.

And the activist judges?

They rubber-stamp the destruction of medical autonomy, ensuring the corporate healthcare cartel keeps its grip.

Libertarians learned this lesson in the economy. Doctors learned it in medicine.

The truth is, no one gets to sit this out anymore.

The American healthcare system is a racket, and the federal government is its enforcer.

And the courts?
They’re run by academic loonies.

Doctors, libertarians, business owners, anyone who values freedom, has a choice: fight back or get steamrolled.

We didn’t ask for this fight.
But we sure as hell better finish it.

They are never going to let you build a business, see patients, raise a family, and leave you alone. Those days are long gone.
