Please note that the deadline for all proposals is Due on: 5/29/2015 3:00:00 PM. Your company shall be required to go online at www.ebidexchange.com/mcallen , find the project by Project Number and follow the link to our Bidding Portal.
Once on the website Click on the Login button, in the upper right-hand corner, enter your e-mail address under the “Forgot Password” area and a temporary Password shall be e-mailed to you. Once in the system you will be prompted for a “New” password.”
Respondents may Register and/or update their Vendor profile. To enter your proposed prices just Click on the “Solicitation” tab, Select the appropriate Project by Selecting the View icon and on the Bid tab enter your proposed amounts.
Printed documents must be turned in, in accordance to the solicitation document requirements, Purchasing & Contracting Department, (Third Floor), 1300 Houston Avenue, McAllen, TX 78501.
