Parameters:
- You are ok with the tier 1 international sourcing of branded Mounjaro and Ozempic
- You want members to be educated about sustainable weight loss and blood glucose management- including what happens to their body when they eat certain foods
- You want clinicians with a special interest in diabetes or weight management overseeing the plan members with weight issues, blood glucose control and those already on GLP-1s
- You want a pathway to get members off GLP-1s and to sustain the results
- You will likely save 15-25% on Diabetes members and 35-50% on Weight Loss members after 12 months on our program
- For Transparency, our total program cost estimates:
- Diabetic members on Mounjaro will likely cost the plan between $7,000 and $8,500/year
- Weight Loss members on Mounjaro will likely cost the plan between $5,000 and $6,000/year
- Both programs include the branded Mounjaro, 24/7 access to an assigned clinician, a lab program, and a range of measurement devices for education and clinical insight.
- A separate funding arrangement will be established outside the health plan so you can carve out GLP-1s if you so please.
