Please note that ABA is highly focused on building our model for scalability to ensure that we deliver superior service to our external clients. The following are some items we’ve initiated:
- Increased our staff by 50% in claims, customer service, finance, and account management.
- HCI external portal rollout – New groups rolled on 01/01/23, and our clients are transitioning to the new portal through 4/1/2023.
- SIR reporting tool for plan sponsors and advisors will be fully implemented and available by 4/1/2023.
- Automation functions for implementation that will improve accuracy and timeliness have been implemented.
- Organizational changes to improve business efficiencies.
