Yesterday’s meeting with a prospect was memorable. The group’s in-house risk manager listened politely, then towards the end of the meeting got up and started drawing a diagram on the board, while narrating at the same time.

“This is exactly what we need to do” he said.

He was referring to strategies including an onsite clinic, PCP centric, qualified referrals, Rx strategies, cash pay centric point of service adjudication……………..
