Need an antibiotic, ObamaCare will only cover xyz drug, otherwise you pay for it. And what about an employer who offers the minimum actuarial valued plan? How about paying 60% of Medicaid? Employers who want to keep their group medical costs as low as possible will need to explore these limits.
