LexisNexis Risk Solutions introduced LexisNexis® Insurance Exchange mobile application on Wednesday.
LexisNexis described the app as “an on-the-go application to provide agent and broker members with 24/7 access to critical information. The application is live and is intended to help members increase responsiveness and new business opportunities.”
Individuals must be a LexisNexis Insurance Exchange agent/broker member with a valid user identification and password to access the app.
LexisNexis said that agents and brokers can access the app using the web address or downloading it from the Apple App Store to access client information, access client submission history, and identify and contact key submission participants. The application also allows participants to obtain real-time submission status including: draft, submitted, quoted, bound, issued, declined and closed applications. Individuals can check on status details such as declination reasons, subjectivities and quote amounts, access all quotes for a submission with just a couple of taps and review all quote documents.
