I’ve decided to reconstitute my blog, Care & Cost, to be more inclusive again of other writers, and to focus on purchaser issues.

I’ll lead off with Bill Rusteberg’s piece from the other day on PPOs, called The Cost of Convenience. But I’ll gladly post worthwhile content.from anyone receiving this email. The goal is to begin to attract and galvanize employer and union purchasers and their advisors, on issues that relate to driving measurably better health outcomes and safety at lower cost.
