This acquisition includes the entire Ternian Insurance Group product suite as well as its administrative, distribution and service capabilities. The product portfolio includes:
- fixed indemnity limited-benefit medical and pharmacy coverage;
- employee assistance programs, and;
- supplemental products such as group life, dental and vision care.
Ternian will continue to be led by Craig Smith and Tim Cook, and operate under its current brand. Ternian’s operations will continue in Phoenix, AZ, providing service to its producers and customers nationwide.
Ternian, which has had a limited benefits program agreement in place with AXIS Accident & Health since 2011, offers solutions for employers ranging in size from those with 100 eligible workers to Fortune 500 businesses.
