NAIC Passes Dog & Cat Insurance Model Act

Dogs and cats are happy today after the NAIC passed the Pet Insurance Model Act. Dogs are barking and cats are purring all across the Fruited Plains after hearing the news.

While you were sleeping the government passed a new law which includes $64 billion to extend a policy under Obamacare to reduce health insurance costs. TRANSLATION: Government just gifted $64,000,000,000 to American health insurance companies to be disguised as “subsidies”, a politically correct term for “welfare payment.”
