Brownsville Independent School District in deep South Texas has decided to reinstitute their lawsuit against HealthSmart. The district sued HealthSmart in 2010 (http://www.brownsvilleherald.com/news/valley/article_17bbd5f9-db81-5c2b-931a-9843c5eb716a.html ) but later dropped it after the election of a new majority on the school board. Now, with another subsequent school board election, with yet again another new board majority, the current Board of Trustees has decided to sue……………..again.
